Accounts on AI17Z Code are by invitation for now: while there is no community to look after, an open sign-up page is mostly a door for spam. Nothing about reading the project waits on that. Anybody can clone it, change it and run it under the MIT licence, and CONTRIBUTING.md describes the workflow and the gates a change goes through.
When accounts open, a pull request’s CI runs on a machine kept for exactly that, which holds no secrets and can reach nothing of AI17Z’s, and the first run from somebody new waits for a maintainer to approve it.
Found a vulnerability? Do not open an issue; issues are public. Report it privately.
